At 123 he blends fresh innovation with the bounty of local producers and farmers setting a table of simple pleasures and seasonal appreciation.

Leading us through a culinary adventure from farm to kitchen, Vera Ciammetti has set the tone of food at 123 Bolinas with local and organic sourcing to recipes originating from her Slow Food background. Vera has taught us all a little about building community around food.
Chaylee Priete, wine curator
Winner of the 2004 prestigious National Restaurant Foundation America’s Best wine list, and wine curator to all those lucky enough to sample her selections, Chaylee has help established a wine list at 123 that celebrates local and artisanal wines. These are all small-scale producers in some phase of sustainable practice from organic and biodynamic to dry farming and heritage stock. Her list is so good we had to create the Smidge to ensure guests could try them all and still make it home.
